The lights never worked on mine. I didn’t buy it for the lights anyway. I’ve had mine since 2022. Came here to buy another one today. This has such amazing sound. Very close to the quality of JBL at a fraction of the cost. Great highs and bass. Very clear, zero distortion. I use mine in the water bottle holder of my EBike and love it. Never a connection issue.

Like a lot of others, I have bought several portable Bluetooth speakers looking for that elusive diamond in the rough (good volume, good connection, decent battery life, some bass, and decent sound quality).Pros:Good battery life (at least for me)Lots of connection optionsDecent volumeCons:Sound quality is OKSome uneven coloring of the mesh (minor issue)I will start with build quality/impressions. It looks nice and fit of parts is good. I got the gray version and there is some discolorations visible from the adhesive used for the mesh material. Is it enough to send back? No, because it will eventually get dirty.Sound is loud for the size. Bass is OK - punchier than many in the $30-$40 range but it does struggle to get low. My 8 year old HDMX Jam Heavy Metal blows it away but it cost double. I am hopeful as it breaks in it will improve some. The Bass button is good for an alternative EQ settings but it pretty much just filters the mids and highs. That is not necessarily a bad thing but it does decrease the overall volume. A custom EQ app can help and get more out of the speaker versus the button but it 'works'. Without it, the upper mids can get a bit harsh but with it, it almost filters those frequencies a bit too much making it sound a bit muted/muddy.For the price (especially when around 30) - it's an ok option. The connections are nice, it pairs well and connectivity is good. If you want more bass, you will want to probably step up to something larger or more expensive (and may lose some volume). Longevity is TBD. I have been getting decent battery life while breaking it in via pink noise.

this speaker is very worth its value. rain or shine left out at the edge of a porch for the majority a couple of years spring - fall of owning it the sound is still as if new. battery life is better than i expected. would definitely buy again.

Daughter loved the speaker sounds good way loud enough for her and last awhile on a charge . Made well looks as good as some others i bought for triplr the price . Easy to use and waterproof a plus
