CoolBoard on Disc is the premium modern wobble board, bringing the benefits of balance and core to people of all ages and abilities, in an engaging, beneficial and fun way.

Unlike a traditional wobble board, your feet will not be cramped and there is plenty of room for a natural and comfortable stance, and the movement feels more natural and gradual, not on/off, due to the inflatable Discs.

Our smaller ‘nimble’ disc is more challenging for balance training and requires real focus. It is also great for use while sitting - great for those in rehab and people who spend a lot of time in a chair / sofa, promoting circulation and reducing sedentary aches and pains.

Our larger more stable Disc provides a more relaxed balance experience, perfect for the majority of people, great to add extra moves such as squats and for the additional exercises, the best to use at a standing desk, but not suitable for use while sitting.

The Discs are fully adjustable by adding or removing air, so you can start off with very little movement, making it as safe as possible. As your balance, strength and confidence grows you can add air to the Disc, increasing the amount of movement and the challenge.
