They have served their purpose

These hold more than they look like they do. Even heavy soaked hay isn't a challenge. My horses are hard on nets. Out of the 4, I have 2 that are still undamaged (nothing stops a biter from breaking the twine eventually). The third one has bailing twine holding it together in a number of spots and he's used his teeth enough that I'm going to have to toss it soon because there are thinned out spots ready to go soon. Number 4 was shredded by my FriesianX who somehow broke the metal ring at the bottom of the net. Filling hay nets is always a pain but to ensure hay isn't wasted, it's necessary. These are durable to holding the hay, soaking the hay, hanging the hay. They wear over time, especially when you have horses that bite at them and start wearing the twine thin and finally snapping it. However these have lasted over a year, so I'll take that as a win.

Works good could just use thicker gauge rope at the top

So I got these as the hay bin we were using gets to be a bit useless when it is windy. That and the LSG and the goats seem to think it is a bed. Then there is always the hay would be eaten super fast leaving bloated still hungry pasture animals.-They come in individually wrapped plastic, which was nice because I was a bit afraid of a tangled mess when they arrived.-They are made out of fairly sturdy material and hold up to the weather pretty nice so far. They do not hold up well when the LSG decides she will “play” with it when it is empty.-I slipknot the top (the “extra” after it is closed) so it can be hung at the right height, and after a few weeks that spot is starting to fray a bit. So that part of it could be of thicker gauge rope as it is holding “all” the weight.-The ring at the bottom is very helpful. We have had a few with no ring and they tend to tangle faster/easier.-They are fairly easy to fill if you have used them before, the kids had a learning curve. On the note of teaching them I would suggest leaving the flake compressed when you put it in. Not only is it easier, it will last that much longer.Overall they have been a big help in slowing down my hay goblins and keeping the wind from blowing it everywhere. I would just suggest a thicker gauge for the “tie” rope.

PERFECT for your metabolic horses!

These are perfect for feeding 1-5lbs of hay at a time. I didn't see any weight of hay that these hold reviews, so I'm giving you mine!My horses are metabolic/Cushing's and need to have their hay weighed. One-horse needs 8-9lbs a day, the other needs 10-12lbs a day. Since my boys are ravenous, I like to use multiple hay nets set up to keep them moving around, so when I saw this great deal for 4 at this cost I was a little shocked and excited, didn't think they'd be what I needed (either too big or too flimsy) but I'm pleasantly surprised!! Tough & yes they are tall but not wide, so truly perfect to fit in a flake or if you are like me and cost effective by pulling off round bales instead, it fits 2lbs-5lbs perfectly! I do 2lbs at a time and feed 3x a day so they don't go too long without hay (as well as a little bit of hay pellets in their feed to help buffer the stomach, as well as an herbal ulcer supplement - JUR). So these are so great, I'm so excited to fill the hay nets in the morning and weigh them because of how perfect they are although personally would like them less tall in length, but I won't complain because I am in love and am definitely going to buy more of these soon!!Highly recommend!! Sorry I don't have a photo, for whatever reason Amazon kept saying photos wasn't working 🤦

Not strong enough for goats.

All four were shredded in less than a month.

Worth the price

These are much smaller than I expected. They hold one extra large flake from a small bale (50#) or a small flake from a standard bale (110#). I would not suggest these are very durable but fine in a pinch. Very lightweight as they’re made from cheap plastic rope.

Great for in the trailer or for feeding smaller amounts of hay for restricted diets

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these hay nets. Doesn't hold more than two good sized flakes of hay, which is great for my ponies that are on 'rationed' hay due to, ... well, ponies being air-ferns and will eat 24/7 if allowed! The metal ring in the bottom is a plus. Would buy these again.
