Q: Even when they’re in the case, they keep connecting to my phone, can’t listen to one without both of them pairing. Is there a fix for this?

I had a pair that almost destroyed my iPhone. It kept on snd just continued to repeat a weird messsge over snd over. I had to go to an AT&T store to correct it.

They have ‘active noise canceling’ which you can toggle on or off in the app - it’s quite noticeable the difference it makes, cuts out a good amount of noise
