Q: Is it easy to use? Can it be used as a normal Bluetooth headset during the day, in addition to when I sleep?

The headset is light, small and comfortable to wear at night while sleeping.It has all the features of a normal Bluetooth headset and can be used in a variety of situations such as driving, walking, jogging and on the underground.

Q: if it won't let me message the seller, how do i get my free pair since mine have broke before 3 months?

I've been using these earbuds for a few days now , and have had no problems watching videos for now. I am very happy with them.

Q: Do these auto power off after a period of inactive? If so how long is the time?

They do power off when you place the earbuds back into the case when you’ve finished using them but there is no actual OFF button. Can’t remember exactly how long it took but wasn’t any longer than 15-20 mins.
