Switch broke after 2 months
Initially very happy, seemed sturdy construction, worked well with great results. It has 2 speed settings, today the lower setting doesn't work, I suspect due to a faulty switch. The higher setting still works so still use able, for now. Need to see if I can get a refund as not fit for purpose.Edit: very difficult to find out how to get a refund after 30 days with Anazon Marketplace, using on line info.Ended up phoning Amazon & spoke to a real person who was excellent. Sent a returns label and arranged a refund with no hassle.

Head attachments falling off
Would have gave 5 starts but so annoying when the attachment falls on your head. Had to tape it to stay in place. Luckily I always use the same one only

Nozzles don't fit
The nozzle attachments don't stay on. As soon as you switch it on they shoot off!!! Very disappointing

Worse product and Customer service ever!
It seemed a good product. Good reviews, very nice pictures etc. After less than two months the switch doesn’t work anymore and the accessories do not stay in place apart for the wide one. I contacted the seller twice and I had no answer whatsoever, not even to tell me that they can’t do anything about it.I wouldn’t recommend both the seller nor the product.

Not great quality
Sadly, when I put any of the attachments on this product, they fly off and don't click in place or hold there. The unit it very noisy and the cable is stiff. Overall, the product isn't good quality for the price and I'm really quite disappointed.

Deffective Item
EVERYTIME i blow dry my hair using the nozzle, it blows off with force and hits me on the forehead, not only hurting me but making me jump too everytime! It means i cant use the nozzle at all, resulting in my hair getting tangled when i blow dry it. I would not recommend this product. DO NOT BUY.
