I use these in the kitchen as a dish cloth. They are good quality yet fast-drying cloths -- the best ones I've come across yet. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be buying more.Pros:1) Well made, good quality, fast-drying material: These are slightly thicker, tighter weave than other quick-dry cloths that I've used, but they still dry quickly. They did not start to stink from use, as thicker cloths tend to do. The material is soft but durable, and the edge stitching is holding up well to use and laundering, unlike some other brands that I've tried.2) Good absorbency: These cloths wipe up spills well, better than most quick-dry cloths.3) Good size: It's advertised as a 12"x12" cloth. Out of the package it is 14"x14"; after laundering, it is 11.5" x 11.5". (See photos.)4) Easy care: I ignored the wash instructions, which specified cold water on gentle (see photo) -- it's a dish cloth, not a knit sweater -- and laundered the cloths in hot water on regular cycle, then dried on low heat as specified. They have held up well so far, and shrank much less than other quick-dry cloths I've used (most of which specify hang to dry). The material resists stains better than others I've tried. Coffee and pasta sauce stains came out in the wash without any stain pre-treatment.5) Excellent color selection: I initially bought these because I wanted a single color to coordinate with my kitchen towels, and many of the other quick-dry options came in a mixed color package. These offer a great selection of colors and the red color is an attractive deep red.6) Good value: At the time of purchase, these were priced the same as several lower quality cloths (about $1.12 per cloth).Cons:1) If you like a very thin cloth for the extra dexterity you get, these may not be for you, as they become a bit thicker after shrinkage. While my preference is for a thin dish cloth, these are working fine for me.

I grew up in a home where Mom used dish "rags" for washing and tea towels for drying everything. I did the same for a long time. Somewhere along the way I switched to sponges for washing and especially the wand-type things that hold dish soap and dispense it through the sponge. I liked that pretty well for a long time, but over the past decade, found that nearly all of them leaked soap all over. Plus, I think they are not environmentally friendly and if you believe what you read, you should replace the sponge weekly or risk dying from bacteria. 😉So, recently I got some dish rags to use and I have gone back to them. I love them! I feel like my dishes are getting cleaner and I can use one daily, then toss it into the laundry and get a fresh one. I tried a few different ones and I just got these from Amazon and they are great! They are thicker, rough enough to get good cleaning action. They are cotton and even though instructions say to wash in cold water and no bleach, I washed them initially in warm water with bleach. I am not going to wash dishes with something I can't bleach. I don't care what they look like! I noticed that there is still a little red dye running from them even though I washed them, so will run them through another wash with some vinegar to stop the bleeding.Highly recommend these! Now, if I could just find a dish soap dispenser that I really like that works for us...

Thick and slightly bigger than other dish rags. I like them and will be buying more.

These wash up nice and are a perfect color match to our kitchen decor.

They are 100% cotton and are exactly what I wanted. Great item.
