Very pretty pattern, good amount of bead filler. Returned, but only because I located the one I thought I left in rental car.

So I actually really love this. Most neck pillows make me feel claustrophobic but the small beads in this make it form to my neck and not squeeze it. I used it on a week long road trip with my kids. It was great.
