i love this product i cannot believe how much they have helped me i am not a person that can drink green tea i have tried and taking these actually help with the ingredients i take it every day with my morning shake bought from the same company before i hit my daily exercise or gym i recommend these even better with there shake i have lost over half a stone and toned up in the first six weeks being 53 years old as well need to keep cardio fit its a must going to try more of there healthy products good to stay with someone and a product you know.
