High output for compact size.
This is a compact yet powerful generator. I like the hourmeter feature which will make maintenance easier to keep track of. The 'suitcase' style Generators are quieter than this 'open frame' type but the noise level is very acceptable. The specifications are accurate with regards to runtime and output.

Arrived promptly and started first pull; do not overlook to buy correct oil. Purchased to supplement solar panels during the shortest days of the year and has been happily pumping 2.5kW into our Pylontech batteries while coping with freezer and refrigerator surges. Steady output with no significant frequency variations to upset our inverter. No problems yet but still quite new and the next couple of months will see if it stands the test of time. It is far from quiet, but this is not a real drawback for us.Update March 2025. Used majority of days from mid November to end January for around 45 minutes a time (total 36 hours). Started first time every time and no problems; oil change at end of winter simpler than on most generators I have owned. Now resting until next winter.

WARNING : Don't ever buy this product from this company!!
The Generator arrived direct from the factory and straight out of the box was faulty, it struggled to run properly for about15 mins, then was dead! Could not be started again, I got an engine mechanic to come out and try to fix it, and his report was that "the fault is something deeply internal" not able to fix it. I expressed this with the company, who have refused to accept the video evidence I have provided and subsequently are not agreeing to a refund (partial or full) just nothing! In fact they are asking me to send them another £150 for shipping and they will send me another one!!! It's a joke.

Great Generator
Very pleased with this purchase - runs my 2.2kw electric chain saw with ease. Light enough to lift into the trailer - quiet when running. Very easy initial set-up - started first time once I'd filled with oil.
