Gets rid of lice, only downside is it makes hair really greasy, had to wash my kids hair at least 3 times to get rid of the grease. At least the nits are gone tho

3 months ago for the first time in my 10 year old son’s life, he caught the dreaded fleas.First we tried Derbac M on our local pharmacist recommendation. Useless stuff. It stank, was tricky to apply and worse still the little blighters were coming off his head 12 hours later very much alive. Not cool! Unperturbed, I went on to try the good old conditioner and comb remedy to shift the eggs. This worked some, but not amazingly. I mean he is a wiggly 10 year old who just fidgets. He won’t sit long enough for this task. Agh. Back to the drawing board! I tried olive oil and a swimming hat, overnight. This worked a little too although I don’t know how!By now I just wanted them gone and was starting to think of ways to kill them with fire (just kidding!) After looking at trying hedrin, I rang my sister from another mister who said “no, what you need is lyclear girl!” During that same phone call I ordered in this spray. Easy to apply, no nasty smell, spread well, 15 minute application time...sounded good to me. Success! We had immediate success!The only downside (which isn’t that bad considering my sons head was no longer running alive!) was the 6 times it took to shampoo it all out but again, I’m ok with this and I’m now keeping a bottle handy at all times should the little pests ever try to return!!

This product is brilliant, it does exactly what it says. It dehydrates the live and eggs - we have never had any come out alive. Unfortunately I couldn’t give it 5 stars as it’s SO greasy and takes over 4 washes with shampoo to look nearly normal! So shower off, do not bath....the 1st time I used this on my 2 girls, I bathed them and their bodies were covered in grease and the bath itself was an awful mess afterwards.

It did the job very well. Only one treatment needed for both my kids but my eldest daughter who has very long hair as most girls do these days, had a nightmare to wash it out. It left the hair extremely greasy and she washed it 4 times in the shower that night only to find the next morning she looked like she had tipped a bucket of oil over her head. So I scrubbed and washed it and rinsed it 3 more times, after which it was still passable but greasy looking. Another shower that night and two more washes and rinses got it almost back to normal. A shower and hair wash the next day finally removed all traces.Not sure I will be using it again (hopefully wont have to!) for my eldest.

I tried headrin, didn't touch them, I combed constantly aswell and they just would not go away!! I ended up catching the critters off my daughter aswell :(. So I tried this, it wasn't as greasy as I expected but did need 2 or 3 loads of shampoo afterwards. It killed them all instantly, on my hair which is thick long hair and my daughters who also has thick hair. I was amazed to be honest. They all just died and that was the end of it. It's been about 2 weeks now since using it and still nothing, there were no left over eggs that hatched or anything. It's brilliant.

Fantastic stuff well recommended, but its all in the preparation beforehand takes ages as my daughter has very long hair, and yes takes a while to wash out as greasy afterwards but always works, greasy or nit free know what I prefer !! :)

Spray on, leave for 15inutes, go through with nit comb, wash out and job done, worked a treat.

The best so far. May daughter and I had tried everything on little Evie's (my granddaughter) beautiful long hair, and nothing worked.One spray of Lyclear Plys and it's all gone. I fully recommend it, all the other stuff sold in Pharmacies are a waste of money and time.
