Great for teachers to help with organization especially with big files
I needed these for my classroom to use for files that have more papers, and then usual. These arrived quickly, and seem to be lasting quite well.

Not durable. Very lightweight, made of construction paper, not cardstock.
These file jackets are not made with thick enough paper stock to hold up to any usage except to file and forget. There is no structure to the file. Any repeated handling will destroy this product. I would estimate this to be made of 28# paper, which is floppy. It is not carboard or card stock.The bottom of the file is either folded flat or opens to 2". There is no center pleat in the bottom of the file, so it is either fully expanded or not at all..

Disappointingly Flimsy
These are made of material that is only marginally thicker than standard copy/printer paper! As such, they are utterly useless for filing or really even protecting papers for transport. For this type of product - an expandable pocket-type file, especially when the claim is “reinforced” - a sturdier material should be used. Perhaps someone else would find these suitable, but for my purposes of filing and protecting a 2-inch stack of papers, these were not suitable.

Great folder holds alot
Not your usual folder extra wide with sides to hold a lot of papers.

SORT OF SERVES THE PURPOSE
This is really NOT what I expected. These folders are extremely thin and flimsy. If you're looking for "Real File Folders" I'd suggest looking somewhere else. I did use them because they're for my personal files at home and the colors do "POP", otherwise I'd have to return them. You don't get any type of Bang for your Buck.

Very light weight
I was surprised at the weight of the paper these file jackets are made from. They are very lightweight. I guess they will be fine for grouping papers inside a file, but I doubt they'll be very durable for the long haul.

Very thin
These file folders are very thin and would be okay if just used in a file drawer but I use then for transporting information / drawings and they were to thin for my needs.
