Purchased this in a bid to help the recovery of an elbow/forearm injury and relieve pain while weight training. It offers medium support and can compress further, based on the circumference of your forearms and triceps.The product itself is fantastic, very well constructed and robust, yet isn’t rigid. You can flex your elbow pretty well even when it is quite tight. The one size fits all is what I as after as this is the first time I have used a product of this nature for training. So I didn’t want to go through the rigmarole of trying different sizes and sending back to amazon etc.The entire outside of the sleeve is female velcro with two tabs of male velcro neoprene (as per the product picture). The stitching seems sufficient and there is no loose polymer strands anywhere. There is no irritating material in contact with the skin at all, so is very comfortable.The inside of the sleeve is perforated neoprene so in contact with your skin it isn’t going to suffocate your arm but will insulate it as you train. Also with the give of the material when training and the pump in your forearm/tricep it is still going to allow some flex. It isn’t massively bulky either so doesn’t feel uncomfortable to wear.

I bought this as I liked the neutral (pink!) colourI found the internal 'sleeve' meant I couldn't tighten it enough for my arm (which is quite slim) so I cut it out. I'm sure others won't need to do this.I loosely fasten the velcro strips to place it on my arm and then adjust them once in position.I like the way you can adjust above and below the elbow separately for the most comfortable fit.It gives good support - and I like the way there are no buckles which can dig into your arm.

Item arrived exactly on time. Beautiful pink colour. Most comfortable elbow strap I've ever found (and I've struggled to lot!) Fits comfortably with or without the ice pack. Very easy to use.

I had high hopes for this type of velcro support, but after a very short period I was very disappointed so much so I've had to discontinue its use.It keeps slipping down no matter how tight the velcro straps are tight, it has a good thickness so was doing a good support job but the slipping down was frustrating.

Been using this as I have been getting pain in my right tricep where it connects to my elbow joint after some heavy weightlifting sessions.I primarily use this when I sleep or in the evenings to try and improve recovery in my arm. The support seems to reduce the pain I get from general day to day activities.I find that the next day my triceps are "better rested" and I can hit the gym again with less pain. I have used this on and off for many months now. The build quality has held up well considering I have been quite rough on the product. The only damage is a few threads coming out and the logo coming off.Despite this it works well and still feels tight and secure. I tend to pull it off in my sleep in weird ways which is what damaged the product, rather than it being due to poor materials/design.You can probably wear this to work or even in the gym although I would not recommend it as it may be uncomfortable under a suit or covered in sweat. My personal preference is at home since it does need adjusting every so often so that it sits on ym elbow correctly.I would buy this product again and highly recommend it.

I've developed tennis-elbow as a result of picking up my 3 year-old in awkward ways and doing a lot of weight training at the gym. I was reluctant to stop training but I wanted to ensure I protected my elbow. I purchased this support based on price, look and scanning the reviews.I'm pleased to say that it is exactly what I wanted. Good quality material, the velcro adheres even when bending the elbow during a heavy weights session, it provides decent compression (I have to get my wife to help secure it tight enough) and good support. The lining is comfortable and surprisingly not too sweaty! My elbow seems to be recovering with help from this support, gentle stretches, more attention to proper form whilst lifting, avoiding certain exercises, glucosamine sulphate, ibuprofen, deep-heat and ice packs - all of which are par for the course with tennis elbow.

I’ve been having issues with a painful elbow so was looking for some support. This elbow support is ideal. It is easy to fit and stays in place. To fit you simply pull on the inner sleeve section, soft material and not tight. Then use the two straps with Velcro fasting to tighten the support. The design of the arm support ensures a good fit, neither too tight or too loose. It also allows for different arm sizes.I have worn the support for a day and have found it to help, especially when at my desk on my computer. It’s not too bulky and is comfortable to wear. Happy with purchase.
