This was such a helpful device, I just wish it came in a smaller size!!Seriously- if you have a small neck do not order this! It won’t be tight enough to actually give you a massage unless you hold it in place which defeats the purpose.**for reference the thickest part of my neck is 35 cm in circumference. **If you have a medium to large neck then this is the massager for you! The heat and kneading motions are excellent. It even has audio to talk to you and let you know what setting it is on.The fabric is super comfortable, and returns are easy.

This massager is BRUTAL. If you are the Hulk and can withstand a painful beating with SHARP massage points, this is for you. Otherwise, keep looking. I will give the credit for having a long enough charger cord and an actual device that fits comfortably around the average neck. As long as you don’t turn it on. I sent it back.

Durable and works really good, the pillows is really soft you can sleep with it without any problem.The main reason that I love this massager is the deep tissue (strong) massage .It goes deep and relieve not just my neck , it also helping on my back , my waist, and it really helping a lot on my neck and back.Overall I think I made a really great choice.

I think this Massager is very useful and I like it very much. And it is very convenient and easy to operate. The fabric in contact with the skin is also soft and comfortable. But I don't think the feeling of heating is very obvious.
