i saw these as i was purchasing some maca root. i thought i would give these a try to see if they would help at all but as yet can not confirm if they definitely help but looking at the content they contain more than taking individual tablets so easier to take these. Do have a bit of a crap taste but not everything that helps and is good for you tastes nice!!

Smells a little but does a good job

taste is ok - kinda prefer that doesn't smell so nice, as makes me think its full of good, rather than tasty thingsWeek on, appear a bit more energised

Great help if you don't have much time to pick the right food for your daily diet (and you re vegetarian)!
