The input is stereo summed to mono by way of the NE5532 OPAMP. If your input cable is mono (tip/sleeve) you need to make an adapter to send the tip wire (+) to the ring and tip (L+R) terminals of a 3.5mm stereo plug. That way you get full use of the 3116 chip; 100w max.

Q: This amplifier, (5532) is listed as full frequency and a subwoofer power amp. Which is correct and what is the output frequency?

There are two models. Not sure what low bandpass it set at on the subwoofer, but they are identical beside that. If your source has a built in Subwoofer option already I would just use the full frequency and adjust your bandpass at the source.

Q: is there a drawing of the dimensions of the mounting holes so i can make a case for it?

I do not have a drawing but the relevant dimensions are approximately 2 7/8" and 1 7/8". Hope that helps.

Q: Does it come with instructions or a wiring diagram?

One of the pictures in the product description clearly show the connections. There are only 3. Audio in (3.5mm jack), audio out (terminal block) and 12v power.
