Good as a strap- rubbish as a secure lock
The strap itself is decent enough- relative to the money paid. However, the lock mechanism isn't perfect. There were no instructions provided so I hve no idea how you go about changing the 3 digit code, but I don't think that would matter mmuch as the device looks like it can easily be opened (not actually sure why there's a passcode at all).

Worked and is still in one piece
We used these to recognize our bags at the airport, I wouldn't say the locks provide any security because the belts can be adjusted, but it helped us to find the suitcases on the airport conveyor belt.

Code change.
About to use for first time.Looks cheap but what do you expect for so little.Main reason for review is to advise on how to change code.Simply clip both ends together and have the correct code set 000 to begin with.Then squeeze as if to unclip but don't !Then change code to your choosing and then release your squeeze on the clips.Hey presto code changed.

Not recommended.
Only any use for luggage identification . . until it drops off as it undoubtedly will. Delivered without the advertised name tags. No instructions on how to set the 3 digit combination (which is probably as well because I doubt whether it would ever reopen). You do certainly get what you pay for. Delivered quickly though!

Bad quality lock which failed after 1st use
A bought 3 of these for our holiday mainly to help identify the cases at baggage collection so when they arrived and I saw that the locking mechanism seemed quite cheap I wasn't that concerned. We left the codes at the factory setting (again because we had bought them to aid identification and not for security) however when we arrived at our destination one of the locks would not open and we ended up having to cut the strap to be able to open the suitcase. I recommend spending a bit more money on a better quality product.

good lock. but delivery took 16 days.
Good item,you get what you pay for. I'm happy with it. Delivery was over 2 weeks. But the price was very cheap. The lock is good,3digits and fairly strong. It is what it is, but a good example of a cheap suitcase strap that's lockable.
