You need to make sure that you order the version that will pair with your device.
This was the right model to go with my Frame whose remote suddenly and rudely stopped working. It wasn't easy to pair it to my Frame, but I eventually succeeded. It has worked perfectly ever since. I have now linked my smart phone to it so that if this remote suddenly dies I will still be able to control the Frame with my phone.

I bought a remote 2 days ago and it didn't work but thus remote was perfect... put batteries in and pressed a button and it paired perfectly...highly recommend...fast shipping and great product....Thanks again

Do t ever buy samsun
Horrible. Buttons won’t work can’t even turn on the tv. Contacted Samsung through here. At first it was no support or warranty because they didn’t sell it as I got it fromAmazon. Then it was because it wasn’t part of the tv and I got it separately. 6 month and it won’t work and you won’t support it. Sad sad sad. Never buying Samsung again

Decent remote!
For the most part this remote works great! We had had some issues with having to press the buttons down really hard in order to make it work, but that is really our only complaint. It was easy to hook up to our TV to use and easier to keep track of with the remote itself being white.

REMOTE IS INFARED AND BLUETOOTH: plz read!
Many reviews complained this remote is infrared and the Bluetooth functionary doesn’t work. But it does. Hear me out!When I got this remote, I noticed immediately after putting batteries in, that it worked! Hooray. But it didn’t take long to notice that it didn’t have full functionality. It only worked when pointed at the tv (booo!) and the voice function was non-responsive. Why? I wondered. Maybe this is a cheap Amazon knockoff and it’s infared only. The reviews here validated that. But I dug deeper.When you receive the remote, hold down the play AND return buttons at the same time. Hold it down until it says “connecting Bluetooth” on your tv. Then it will say “pairing”. Once that happens, it’ll connect your remote to Bluetooth (and not just infared!). Once you do that, your remote will have full functionality. Voice and everything! Hope this helps some of you having issues with having to point it at the tv or making the voice function work!
