Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are our hands down favorite brand of crime scene mysteries. This is our 2nd favorite; the first being Murder at Merivale Manor. This mystery required deciphering coded messages. Internet is needed for extra evidence. There is a play on words a few times that’s fun. There are hints if one gets stuck, but we live to go back after we finish to see if there was a clue or interpretation we didn’t consider. Always so much fun. Lots of cool evidence and the story eventually all comes together. Few hours of fantastic family fun that really lets everyone participate. Most times there is some sort of decoding to be done which we love. Consistently great mysteries with great stories, great clues that are just challenging enough to put together, and great characters. Very well written and always all the information one needs to solve the mystery. We have 6 who play together, 2 adults & 4 18 year olds.

This was the best who dunnit game we have ever played!!! And we play a lot! We were all stumped and took us a bit to figure out but that is the best part because with other ones we have done with other companies, we knew who did it before we got all the way through the evidence. So Boring! But not this!! Can’t wait to do the next one!!!

I love solving these files. It takes me about two hours to complete them. I love how this one in particular has many forensics stuff from ballistics to fingerprints, blood splatter, coding, and autopsy’s . This was definitely great and priced good too. It is super easy to figure out how it works, i went through after i solved those to see how the hints worked and it pretty much guides you through it without giving the answer straight away. Design of this was amazing and better than other files i have done, yes i am a huge forensic nerd lol. I love these and will be ordering more after i write this!

I liked this one. I really liked how they split it into 2 parts so it didn’t seem as overwhelming with the evidence all at once. Already have the next one ready to solve!!!

I LOVE these games, I have bought about 3 now and each time it is a blast to solve. They definitely aren't too easy but aren't too hard either...sometimes. Highly recommend.

The game was a lot of fun! Be aware that it takes several hours to complete! It has lots of twists and turns that cause you to really have to pay attention to all the clues that you are given. You must like puzzles like ciphers, and the logic doesn't always come from how a "detective" would do it. Thank goodness for the hints! They are just enough to keep you on the right path! We eventually came up with the right suspect, but we would have convicted the wrong guy(s) if we hadn't been guided by the hints.

Love these games! As usual, we overthink the clues and spend a lot of time making notes, but then we had our “Euerka” moment and it all made sense! This is our 3rd game by Cryptic Killers and we have two waiting for us.Save these games for a rainy…they will make the time pass quickly.
