This has been working great for us! We have a balcony and mainly are using it so we don’t throw things off, and to not put limbs through the railingWe weaved it with the current railing and fastened it with zip ties and it’s done the job!(our railing is small enough that she cannot fall through—but it does the job of the listed above and gives more security)They give you a lot of zip ties and options for a string tie to fasten. I also like that if you were to use all the zip ties. It’s something easy you can purchase for cheap elsewhere and not a niche product!For us it’s sturdy given the extra rail supports we have, but that will depend on how taught the material is, the amount of fasten spots, length between rails, and if you choose to double it up!

Worked for me. I think this screen has a multitude of uses besides just around stairs.I'm not saying a cat couldn't get through it, I saw it as a deterrent and it worked well for that til my new adopted cat adjusted and I had to leave a pretty large laundry room and didn't want it scaling over the top of w/d where I couldn't reach it (at 72, no way could I have moved them enough as they're in a little alcove, so tight space).Would this keep a very determined anything with claws or sharp little teeth out? Probably not, but I will keep it around as a barrier.

This rail net was exactly what I needed to baby proof my stair railing. I have an older home with balusters that are spaced out way too far to be safe. This netting is excellent for covering spaces in-between. I bought heavy duty brown zip ties to go over top of railing and used the small clear ones to go around bottom of the balusters. FYI: The string that comes with it doesn’t stay tied. I was able to cut the excess off the end without it fraying or losing durability. I used small 3m hooks to attach it to the wall. You can barely even tell that it is there but makes the stair railing so much safer for baby who is crawling everywhere.

Needed a mesh to prevent my dog sticking her head out the railings of the balcony, the length was perfect to cover all of the balcony (and more), my dog is able to see but without having to poke her head out.

I have a house cat, and like any house cat, he enjoys poking through the stairs to gain access to the top of the piano followed by slapping everything he can off. No longer does he have instant access to the top of the piano, and now he must face the tiny barking boop happy dog while navigating his sofa to key cover obstacle course with a significantly lower success rate which he has since deemed unworthy of his time.I intend to purchase a few more to prevent things from falling off my garage shelves and smacking into my cars.

Got it because my small dog can fit through the bars on my porch and I wanted her to be able to enjoy sitting outside without her being a flight risk. Fits perfect, crazy easy to install, adjustable, more than enough length, easy to remove since I'm renting. 10/10

I was looking for something to withstand the strength of my dog, who likes to slide through our gate while we’re away. It worked for a few days (only because I think he was skeptical) but once he realized he could get through by scraping the material, it was over.

We bought the product to protect the railing and banister along the staircase...mostly for our small pets. The product "will" fit, but there will be wasted material...best suited for a straight and leveled railing.

Si tu balcón tiene pocos barrotes definitivamente es la peor cosa que puedes comprar, mi cachorra se cayó horrible, además de que al tener una medida estándar queda un extremo volando. Casi que me deberían regresar mi dinero
