These socks caused more pain than I had without them. I noticed where the socks were a little loose on me, it would wrinkle up and put pressure in that area. I thought if I called the company that maybe they had a solution. I explained the problem to customer care and he just said " How can I help you today?". I was surprised he said that. So I asked what my options were, even mentioned some options. He then told me that since I bought them through Amazon, I had to go through Amazon to resolve the issue. I had no problem going back through Amazon. I wanted to problem-solve because my foot doctor told me to buy a product like this.

Dr suggested to try these as part of treatment along with therapy for an Achilles tendon injury. They seem to be working pretty well. Goal is to avoid a possible surgery. So far so good.
