Jinhao 95 Metal Fountain Pen Extra Fine Nib, Vivid Black with Golden Clip Writing Pen

Jinhao is the only pen that doesn't ghost or bleed thru the pages of my thin Bullet Journal paper.It's like magic! Even when using my wettest Pilot Iroshizuku ink.Jinhao pens seem to need a break in period so give it some time and you'll be happy.The line is a proper EF and the nib writes smooth, very little feedback if at all. Not too wet, but wet enough to bring out the true ink color.The pen looks great, is all metal but surprisingly light.At $10 you should just buy it.

The fine point is really good, not overly slippery and gives a great writing experience. Best of the cheap pens and does not feel cheap at all. Other 'fine' points have been mediums. This one is a true fine point. Also like the use of regular style cartridges. Unlike the proprietary Lamay style.

This fountain pen is a great value with only one drawback, the cap. It kinda sucks and needs a redesign. I have to place it on just right for it to seat properly. Or it just falls off. Otherwise, it is a great pen. Very smooth writing and great feel in the hand. Well balanced weight. Just the darn cap sucks.

This is a fantastic pen, and such a great value. Writes great without hard starts or skipping.

This is a beautiful but simple pen; I have been happy with all my Jinhao pens--I've got 7 of them. Bought this White--extra fine model--specifically for Noodler's Sequoia. Since Noodler's ink has often proved very "wet" for me, I've found the Jinhaos are great at taming otherwise excessive ink flow. I'm a slow, left-handed writer, so I need a pen that writes on the dry side. Thís "95" did the trick beautifully. I am going to be buying several more in different colors, The nib is very smooth and puts down an exceptionally fine line of ink. Since I like to write very small, this is a necessity.

I bought the white/gold pens in each size to see which font I’d like better. This is the only one that immediately worked well and keeps working. I plan on getting the all black one in the same extra fine point size. My gold ink (bottled and cartridges!) flows beautifully, and I can’t wait to use it at the next wedding I attend! I have purses for different reasons and they all have a common color and theme/motif so everything is a matching set; this was bought for a gold and white floral motif.

This pen does look gorgeous and was recommended to me as a good price point for anyone interested in fountain pens. It has a refilling mechanism I thought may be useful, and to its credit it is. The pen is light and nice to hold, but that’s where the good things end with it.This pen absolutely would not write, I cleaned it out, used several other inks, nothing. When I inspected it the tip of the pen the tines weren’t centered at all which I think made for how bad the ink flow turned out to be. I ended up returning the pen and went with something twice the price. There are other good budget fountain pens out there to purchase, but this one isn’t one of them.

I love this pen, it feels expensive. It’s not plastic and the nib writes very smoothly. No one would guess it was so inexpensive. The white and gold are a very elegant color choice.

overall, its great. it does not come in a box or anything, however it comes with a crazy amount of bubblewrap and tape so that the product is secure. the ink retention is great also.

Really happy with this pen it writes smooth, no signs of leaking, easy to fill converter. I carry this with me as a daily use pen and am very pleased with it. One thing I would like to see, if I'm being critical, is a small coil to be added to the converter as I have found that the ink flows to the back of the converter when stored in a pocket. This causes the bubble of air in the converter to float towards the nib. Getting the ink to allow the bubble to move up when writing would be easier if the small coil other converters use was present. I have not seen that this has caused any issues with the operation of the pen though.

Der Füller ist durchgängig ok. Die Feder schreibt gut und das Design der Kappe erinnert mich an meine ersten Montblanc Füller vor einigen Jahrzehnten. Der Rest ist moderner aber ohne Gold. Absolut ok.
