The bands work well. Super easy to install. The hardest part is just getting the old band off without breaking anything. The instructions had me paranoid, but it was simple as could be. The only thing that I would note is that the small is a notch or two smaller than the original small band on my charge HR. If your wrist is close to the limit of the size range on a small original band this small will likely be too small for you.

The product looks great and is of good quality. However it does run a bit smaller than The FitBit bands. Other than that it was relatively easy to switch it over. Just be careful with the side button when when switching it over. It was a bit difficult to get it to slide in where it needed to be.So if the small band fit you just enough with Fitbit get the larger band to be safe.

Very pleased with the band, looks exactly like the original. Installation was not difficult other than the screws in the back are very small. Only gave 4 stars because the small band is way too small. I wish I had read the reviews about size before I ordered. I am going to reorder the large and I think it will be perfect.

Replaced my charge 2 band and looks great so far. I ordered a small size and the sizing matches to the small size guide. The quality looks good and I may have to wait for few more weeks to see after few uses.

Overall, it was an easy repair to do myself. I think the most tedious part of the repair was picking up those really small screws (unfortunately I had long nails at the time) and placing them. But, so far, so good with the replacement band. Next time, though, I will purchase a large band, as the small band is really tight on my wrist.

Nice to be able to change my band but the length is shorter than the original and fits too small. The original band I would place in the 4th slot but with this one I have to use the last slot. Also the piece that covers the charging port does not fit anymore and falls off. Luckily I have a band cover that is holding everything together.

My fitbit band broke and I thought I would have to buy a whole new unit. Luckily I did some research and found this replacement band. It's a little tricky to get the original band off; just have patient and some good lighting! Once I got it replaced, it looked good as new! So much cheaper than having to buy a whole new fitbit.

The band looks as good as the original, but my kit came without a screwdriver. It looks easy to install, but I haven't been able to try it out yet.Update: I bought this toolkit: Screwdriver Bit Set 25 in 1, Tool Repair Kit Precision Screw Driver Set Torx,Precision Repair Tool Kit Set for iPhone/ Cell Phone/Glasses/ Tablet/ PC/ MacBook,DIY Models form Ruizsh and was finally able to install this band. It looks as good and works as well as the original. I would have given this product a 5 star review if it had come with the promised screwdriver.
