Great size to catch food around the highchair, easy to clean and wash. This does not stay in place all the time, but it's works as designed.

I'll admit first off, I'm not using it for a baby. But I do have a (at the time 4 when I purchased) 5 yo that we use the mat for crafts and picnics and at the airport for a clean piece of floor to sit on. The washability of it is amazing, easy clean up from whatever. Shake off the bulky stuff then toss it in the washer. From the airport, fold it up nice and tight to fit in a large pocket or the front pocket of a carry on, then toss it in the wash when you get to destination for the next use. Wonderful item.

This is my second purchase of this splat mat. I put this on my bed to keep it clean from my fur babies and i have a second one that i use over my dining table for when we have messier meals or projects to do on the table.Pros:Right off the packaging, there is no strong odor and looks well made.Its durable, waterproof, and washable.Its lightweight.It serves its purpose.Price is inexpensive because the mess you would otherwise have to clean up is more time consuming.Cons:None so far.

It’s honestly not the best item. It’s super cute, durable, machine washable, and the price is right. Technically, it does what it advertises, but I underestimated the size of it. It is much smaller than I thought it would be and my baby still gets food everywhere. I would either look for something bigger, just get the disposable ones, or just sweep it all up since that is what I am already doing.

I got this as an art mat for my little creator who doesn’t usually think about cleanliness or spillage while she’s creating. I used products like this when my kids were in hichairs so I randomly thought this might meet our needs. Her previous splat mats were really large and not sturdy enough for regular use. This Mat is perfect. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, easy to fold and store. She can use it inside or outside. So glad I got it. It would be great for picnics as well.
