I would not go anywhere without it. I put about 10 drops in my bag after emptying and it really keeps the stink away. It works better than any room deodorizer I’ve ever used. There’s no odor to it. I keep a little bottle of it in my purse. It’s worth the price… especially when you’re in tight quarters. Your friends will thank you.

I have been using this spray for years and it is excellent. It is pricey but you only need a few sprays to eliminate most biological orders. I discovered it while in the hospital.

Seems like a good product but the second time we ordered it we received a bottle that was leaking. We opened the top but there was no seal underneath the cap. For the price of this product they need to find a way to keep it from leaking. There was also a policy that we could not return it or get it replaced.

M9 works well with my ileostomy and I can't imagine trying to cope with my recent surgery without it. The hospital and rehab hospital staff were great, yet no one told me such a product existed – I discovered this on my own, searching from my hospital bed desperately looking for something to help mitigate the vile odors emanating from my bag while emptying it. The instructions say 4-12 drops but I find that 12+/- drops work best; your mileage will certainly vary.Update: October 2018 - I have since switched to [ASIN:B00DUGURH2 Safe n' Simple Ostomy Pouch Deodorant, 8 Fluid Ounce], also available from Amazon, which is considerably less expensive and also works well.
