I've always desired to own a cast iron wok or Dutch oven, and out of the two, the latter seemed more convenient since it didn't require seasoning. So, I set my sights on this particular model. Upon its delivery, my initial impression was that it was remarkably heavy and sturdy, exceeding my expectations. The coating appeared flawless, smooth all over, without a single chip. I was completely satisfied with its appearance.For my first meal, I decided to prepare beef ribs, and to my delight, they turned out incredibly delicious, much to the delight of my kids who loved it. The heat distribution was remarkably even, and the dish remained warm for an extended period. The lid provided a tight seal, allowing me to cook the beef perfectly without adding any liquid. Cleaning the wok was a straightforward task, and to my surprise, the color remained unchanged, making it look as good as new.There is one thing worth mentioning—I don't quite understand the necessity of seasoning. I followed the instructions and seasoned the wok, but I'm fairly certain that the seasoning layer has vanished. Nonetheless, the wok continues to perform just as well. All in all, I believe this product is excellent considering its price.

Once again the imarku brand did not disappoint. This is a well made heavy piece of equipment that looks quite versatile and durable. I have used it for cornbread, egg bake and make ahead marshed potatoes so far I used it in the convection oven and on the grill to about 375 degrees with no issues whatsoever. (I doubt very much I would ever push to far beyond this temp range for any reason.) It has a very nice brushed stainless steel branded handle, raised brand lettering on the lid and further raised lettering just beneath the side handles which provides an additional layer of grip security. A very smart design touch that I don't think one would typically see at this price point. Clean up was great, no staining, no crazing on the finish. I would except to see some with future use, but does not bother me as this is pretty normal for enameled cast iron. After all, a nicely aged petina will just go to show how dedicated a cook you really are. I think you're going to dig it, enjoy!

Love it! It's durable, cooks well, holds plenty and the color is bold which looks good on my table..I now have two. Orange and blue.

I received this dutch oven a year ago as a gift and totally fell in love with the quality and size.I couldn't resist myself from buying another oneI mainly use this to cook briyani and it comes out very well without getting burned. It's pretty heavy and thick bottomed.The one in the picture is going to be a year old , still looks like new without any chipping or wearI am happy I was able to find one in affordable price without compromising the qualityTip - I use baking soda to clean and it lifts stains effortlessly . I apply oil after drying .

For the price it seems really good. First time cooking with it. I put some oil in with sausage, frozen veggie (moisture), and sliced potatoes. The potatoes softened up after about 20 minutes low heat. So the nib dots are carrying the moisture. Plan to get rid of some of my other pots. Also I like to cook with olive oil and it seems wasteful to always get rid of the oil after one use. Pan is deep enough with lid that I can probably get one more use out of the oil.

I love this pan! Its unique square shape is what drew me to purchase it the first time. The quality is outstanding and compares to my high end enameled cast iron. It cooks beautifully and clean up is easy. I just purchased another one to give as a gift.

The one I ordered was the red one as pictured but I what I got was a smaller blue one but it is the same quality as the one I already had and It will come in handy for smaller recipes. I really like the square dutch ovens as they fit in the cabinets better.
