Comfortable while jogging...
This Bluetooth headset arrived quickly and brand new in a retail box. Everything was packaged neatly and inside the little cardboard box. The headset includes extra ear pieces and a charging cable. I was able to use the earpieces that came on the headset since I have medium sized ears. For those with smaller to larger ears you have an option with the included extras.I put the headset on the charger before I even turned it on.. The little covering to cover the charging port is a little awkward to get out of the way, it does not swivel around but instead pushes back. The red light turns blue within about 10 minutes. That tells me the headset was pre-charged before delivery. When I power the headset on for the first time my phone found it and had it listed in available devices. I'm running a Samsung Note 3, which is an older phone. My phone synced up with the headset without any problem. I've been making phone calls and listening to my audio scripture with clarity. The headset is comfortable to wear. It is very lightweight and does not bother my collar bone/clavicle when jogging the way some headsets do. You can either dangle the earbuds separately or can piece them together with the magnets at the back of the earpieces, I included a picture of what this looks like. I don't plan to wear these headsets very much when not in use since they fold up so nicely and can be placed somewhere. If I have the headset on it will be because the ear pieces are in my ears and the headset is in use. These earbuds stay in my ears really well. The back of them is the magnets like I stated, this gives you a good place to grab a hold of them for placement into the ears. The earbuds are such a good fit you don't have to have the volume up extremely loud to drown out ambient noises, this is better for your ears.So I can leave my phone on the kitchen counter and move about the single story house. The signal holds and the Bluetooth does not disconnect in the 1500 square foot home. The volume and power/call answer buttons are crisp when pressing them. The buttons are responsive, there is not a lag in operation when pressing them.I got these to use anytime I am doing something very active. So far they're working very well for that. If anything changes with them I will definitely update this review. If you are reading this without an edit then the headset is working just fine as I have described above. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Really good! (4 stars for very thin wire)
These bluetooth headphones come with a user manual, warranty card, usb charging cable, & 6 ear cushion pieces (2 small, 2 medium & 2 large). These headphones are flexible, lightweight, & stores away easily. These are comfortable to wear around the neck. The earbuds do get uncomfortable after awhile, but that's pretty much the same thing with any earbuds I use. The magnets that keep the earbuds together are very strong. The wire connected to the earbuds is concerning, it's very thin! The audio quality is actually really good, overall. It's clean & clear, & the bass is there. Pressing the power button pauses & plays the music (or video) you're listening to (or watching). Pressing the '+' will play the next track, & pressing the '-' will play the previous track.Calls are clean & clear on both ends. I didn't have any problems hearing the other person, & they had none hearing me. Pressing the power button twice redials the last person you called. Pressing the power button once ends the call. Pressing the power button once accepts the call. & to reject calls, you want to press & hold the power button. When charging the headphones, the LED will be red. When the headphones reach 100% it will turn blue. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge, & the battery lasts pretty long (I used it for 9 hours & still had more juice left to keep going).Pairing was a bit iffy (it wouldn't pair to my phone at first). To pair 2 devices simultaneously you want to turn on the headphones, then turn on bluetooth on your device & pair it to the headphones. Now turn bluetooth off the first device you paired, & turn on bluetooth on your second device & pair it to the headphones. Now you want to turn bluetooth back on, on the first device. Both devices should now be paired simultaneously.Seller claims 32 feet of stable connection, but it's actually less than that. But it's still good! There's a voice prompt, along with vibration when powering the headphones on/off, when connecting to bluetooth, & when the battery is low. When receiving calls it will vibrate, do a little jingle, & then there's a voice prompt (in that order). If for any reason you need to reset the headphones: you'll need to first turn them on than simultaneously press & hold the '+' & '-' buttons.I'll make sure to update my review if anything goes wrong with these headphones. But, so far, these headphones work well! So, in short: Comfortable, simple & easy to use, really good audio quality, & long battery life!

Good sound, good features, weak bluetooth.
Update: (3 stars)After returning the original pair and writing my original review, I was offered a new pair from the company at no charge. I assume they figured, as I did, that I had received a "bad" set. I wish this were true. The second set I received was essentially exactly the same. Good sound with decent base (when fully in your ears) and solid call quality. But, like the first set, the bluetooth receiver in the unit just couldn't cut it. Again, in my pocket, the music would skip continuously. Oddly enough, it only did that with music, the calls were just fine.I am sure now that I will be going with a different style of earbuds, and these will be likely not be used again.I gave them a 1 star bump for their customer service.Original Review: (2 stars)These headphones would have received at least 4 stars, but the signal from the headphones to my phone is exceptionally weak. My music cuts in and out constantly. And my phone isn't 20 feet away either, it's just in my pocket. Everything else about the product I actually liked. They are relatively comfortable, the sound quality is excellent, and even the call quality is excellent. People could hear me perfectly when I had the neckband under my collar, and the phone in my hand 6 inches from neckband. The vibration is great because if you take out the earbuds, you can still tell when someone is calling.Pretty sure I got a defective pair, so I am returning them.I will be updating this review if I decide to get another set.I thought I would but, after wearing them for a couple days, I'm not sure I like this neckband style.
