To be honest I was a bit reluctant at first to try this. I had tried many nootropic brain type supplements in the past like AlphaBrain without much success. Usually they had some to no effect and were definitely not worth the money. Brain Booster really surprised me. I got that clear concentration without the jitters of too much caffeine. I get a really good focus and a great capacity for mental energy. Has really helped with work and I am not burned out craving sugar after the work day is over. Great supplements, I have taken different "Brain Booster" supplements and these do have a positive effect without bad side effects. Some give me headache or upset stomach, but not these.
