This is the type of underwear like a T-shirt for kimono, yukata and work clothes("Samue"). It's carefree that you can wear it next to your skin directly just like the ordinary underwear. Also you can wear it as a "Nagajuban" with kimono because it has a collar. Then you can choose from five colors, a white, navy blue, black, grey, and brown. It gives you a comfotable time, no matter if it's hot weather, as the body of garmet is made using a cotton that has a high ventilation and hygroscopicity. And it's cozy because of the materials with better fits. You can wear it easily you don' t need a waist cord separately. Then you can adjust the degree of an article of clothing with Velcro. It's prevented from losing shape, because the shape of neck part does not overlaped. You can clean it up by your washing maschine easily. Also you are able to dry it by clothes hanger. We recommend to use the laundry net for it as we hope you to cherish that for a long time. It becomes more excellent in touch and better fitting by washign many times. [Size] Small(S) (chest circumference 32 - 35.2 inch) Medium(M) (chest circumference 35.2 - 38.4 inch) Large(L) (chest circumference 38.4 - 41.6 inch) X-Large (LL) (chest circumference 41.6 - 44.8 inch) XX-Large (3L) (chest circumference 43.2 - 46.4 inch)

Very happy I got this
I'm a Zen monk in a Japanese tradition, but I lead services at various places, including a Vietnamese monastery. I'm also a university chaplain. And I live in Florida, where summers are hot and humid. When I'm at the monastery for services, I am expected to dress very traditionally, with the koromo (teacher's robe) and all that. When I speak at UU churches and things like that, I can get kind of casual with what I wear. At the university, I'm often just in a "chaplain" polo shirt, but I robe up for commencement and things like that. But even there, the full koromo with white kimono under it can be a bit much, especially when we're outdoors in the sun and heat. So I wanted something that would look very formal, but be a lot cooler for the summer months if worn with samu pants and my lighter kimono-style robe for services at the monastery. And I wanted something that would look very formal with dress pants and my lighter robe for university events. And this works great. It does run a bit small. I ordered 2xl and it's still tight on me (I'd normally be comfortable in an XL tee shirt). But it's not uncomfortably tight. The collar stands up great, looks nice and crisp. My only complaint is that it doesn't close as tightly as I'd like, so I might add a bit of Velcro to pull it closer together. Also, I haven't laundered it yet--I'm interested to see how it holds up to washing. But if it works out after laundering, I'm going to order a couple more.

Abysmal collar
- slim fit and good cotton- but the collar is very stiff, unbreathable, and uncomfortable. Should just stick to the same material.
