I have a range of cold pack sizes that will address any particular need. Quality is good and durability is top notch in this brand. I would recommend.

It would be great for a muscle injury or joint pain but not quite as Immediately cold as I would have liked

The price on Amaron is amazing, my husband usually order them for $31 a piece 'ANYWAY, do not leave Ice pack in the ".carry on luggage"My had husband throw them away!! Great ice pack (we literally don't travel without it) amd it freezes quickly and lasts for a long time, but be aware of security at the airport, they WILL make you throw the ice pack away

Compared to the much older, larger one that I have, this one seems to have about a third or less as much material inside. It's very thin. After five minutes It was no longer cold because there wasn't much there. It had to be returned, unfortunately. I guess I'll have to use my larger but much older (like 20 years older) one which seems to at least an inch thick everywhere.
