Only had it for a few days, but very pleased so far. This machine seems well built, and it turns ice cubes into fluffy snow almost instantly. It comes with some ice cube trays, but they're not required. We're just using the ice from our ice maker. Before purchasing this, I bought a different machine primarily made of plastic. One piece of that one broke during assembly. The ice it produced was coarse, and it was very slow. I'm so glad I returned that and purchased this. I can't speak to durability yet, but it works great!

Looks good in my kitchen doesn't take up too much space , it is noisy however it does its job love the ice it puts out cleans up easy love the auto shut off when handle is up so its safe it checks all the boxes for me

This makes the perfect shaved ice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s hard to fit a cup under it and when you use the bowl you can’t put very much. Easy to use and not super loud imo. Would buy if you’re an ice eater like me!

my grandkids are coming for the 4th and we thought this would be fun. shaves ice almost as good as old fashioned sno balls in new orleans. i am very pleased.
