Ursend backs their product. Second time's the charm.
Kudos to Ursend for backing their product. I purchased a kit, dismantled my iphone and put it all back together only to find the screen had a wonderful clear image but the touch digitizer didn't seem to work. I tried reassembling it a couple times to see if I had done something wrong, and then reached out to Ursend for suggestions. They didn't hesitate to replace it with a fresh kit, and when I put the second screen in it worked flawlessly. I feel very intimately acquainted now with the innards of my 4s, having taken it apart and reassembled it multiple times by now, and am very grateful that for under $20 I can repair a device that would have cost me four times as much to have some "pro" do.

Good Value.
After my iPhone 4s got ran over by a car I was left with a shattered screen, but it still worked! I asked a local phone repair shop and they wanted $45. Lo and behold URSEND had it for ~$14.The screen was packaged well and sent fast. The screwdriver included was great to have.After installation powering the phone up, I noticed that the display wasn't as vivid as before; appears dull. It is an older back up phone for me so it isn't a huge deal.

DO NOT BUY!!!! THEY SELL RETURNED ITEMS.
This item was already used or had been returned previously. I returned it and it was replaced by another previously used item. Total BS and a tipoff! Not even worth my time to send it back again knowing I'll be disappointed again.

Reliability
1st I order had a black spot on screen after installed , easy return..2nd one I ordered seemed ok .. about A month later dark spot appeared in similar area. Not sure if phone ( I phone 5s) or product

Not recommended.
It doesn't work.You will only know the result in the end once you put everything back together. It's going to be labor-intensive and time-consuming to disassemble the device again to return the product and get a replacement. Not recommended.

Do not buy. Extremely bad quality screen. Doesn’t work!
Bad replacement screen. Only the half left side of screen works. Obviously no way to know until it’s all been installed after instensive and careful labor. Also there was a weird imperfection on right side of screen after protective film was removed after installation. Not worth it to disassemble for return and having all screws laying around.
