I was skeptical about buying these because they were priced so low and afraid I was just wasting my money.I put the FOB in a pouch, tried to start my car and got a message on dashboard that said “key ID incorrect.” Even my skeptical hubster was impressed!I know I’ll be buying some more of these as stocking stuffers for our family members!

Needed this product to keep our car from turning itself on constantly- since the keys hang inside close to the garage. Works perfectly. You could sneak up on your car, with the key fob in this pouch, and it would never know you were there. Then BAM, you pull your key out and the car is startled and scared half to death.

At first I thought they were to small, after a moment or two they worked. You must keep the key fob in the fairaday bag at all times when your not driving.

I tried them with my key fob and it works very well as advertised coz it shielded any transmission from outside source when I’m outside my vehicle doing shopping or eating at restaurants….

They work like they said

Works without even closing the top.

I know it works because my vehicle alerted me there was no fob present when my wife exited with her fob and mine was in the key fob protector and the vehicle was still running.

i was skeptical about this product. when i put my fob in the case and i could not start my car i became a believer thank you!!! now my car is safer then before.

This is what arrived today and yes that is someone else's bank card in the pouch, how the hell did that happen. This is supposed to be new!!!

Recently, someone used an electronic device to get into my car and ransack the contents. The device had picked up the signal from my car key and provided access. I quickly determined the need to block the signal. I ordered these faraday pouches. They seem strong and reasonably durable, though, I suspect that over time, the Velcro used to close the pouch will need replacing, but for now, the certainly do the job. Putting the key in the pouch, I stood right beside the car and pressed the button the handle. Nothing happened. The signal was totally blocked. While waiting for the pouches to arrive, I wrapped each key in tin foil and placed them together in a small tin. That worked too! The pouches are substantial and just big enough for one key each. They also come with small metal clip to attach to a key ring etc, but it would be cumbersome to do so and a bit cumbersome to put in a pocket. That aside, it is a good product and worth the money.

Have had this pouch since November used one for main key one for spare key, the one in use has now stopped working effectively no longer blocking key signal doors open and car starts with key in pouch so after a couple of months it’s useless.

I thought this was a gimmick and didn't hold out much hope but it actually works. I tested it out by putting my car key in the pouch and tried opening the door to my car and it remained locked.I had no idea such a product existed but I now use this everynight - it beats keeping the key in the microwave overnight!

Well I have to say that they work. Although I haven’t had them long. If you have large keys then I think you’ll might struggle to get them to fit well. My car key fits in ok, but I don’t use the case when I’m using my car, it’s more about securing them when I’m in the house. The cases look nice and they are really good value for money.
