64" Adj Smart Rack

I had high hopes for this system and bought quite a few units for my garage. It unfortunately turns out that essentially hollow plastic is just not a good choice for the basic structure of this kind of thing. I have been using the system for some time now for common garden tools, but it just doesn't hold up over the long haul and I have several broken hook holders, hooks that are too loose in their plastic hinge pockets to adequately grip the handles of my tools, and general sagging. I am sorry I went with this approach and will likely tear it out and either go with something stronger or put in a DIY alternative sometime down the road.

These are fine for light/moderate loads. I only use them for shovels, brooms etc and it works fine. It's plastic so it won't last forever, but for the price it's a good product.

Easy to install and strong enough to hold sizeable items like large garden tools (shovels, rakes, hoes, etc.). Hooks are very effective in holding stored items in place except if you jostle stored items, in which case they can fall down. Best used for storing items that will infrequently be removed from storage.

Really felt the unit is kind of cheesy. Not exactly what I was thinking. I wanted to hang rakes, shovels, etc as well as some other assorted things and don't feel it is really up to that task. Will use it for some smaller items. The plastic pegs are in my mind kind of useless. Think I would have been better off spending some more, putting a 2X4 cross piece and screw in holders for my tools.

I bought this rack a couple years back and then moved. I left the rack on the wall when I moved and quickly found that to be a mistake. I wasn't here very long before I bough another one. It is so convienent and very easy to install and you can hang most anything on it.

Nice system, it just needs to be mounted in every stud you can. A little flimsy, and the plastic pegs need to be longer. When I have my garage door open, the wind will blow dust pans etc., off the peg. Good for light duty only.

Just what I needed for my laundry room to hold handled items.
