Felicia Organic - Buckwheat Spaghetti (Pack of 6)

I have been searching for years for Pure buckwheat noodles thank God I found them now they are unbelievably great great company and now I can make my very favorite satay it's amazing no gluten perfect beautiful love them I recommend them 100% I also recommend a hundred percent buckwheat pancakes you could mix them with half stone ground wheat flour and 1/2 real a hundred percent buckwheat flour 1 egg 1 and 1/2 cups of milk and yogurt mixed together that's half a teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda to tablespoons of brown sugar mix them together with an egg and then fry them it's okay to melt some butter and pour it into the batter once the butter is cooled but buckwheat is the way to go man it's unbelievably great tasting and that's a great color to itunbelievable

I was skeptical of the other reviews comparing this buckwheat pasta to wheat pasta. Our family has been gluten free for several years and we have tried most of the products out there made from all sorts of ingredients. Some of it is just horrible but most of it is passable or good. We’ve never tried buckwheat pasta though. Buckwheat flour, yes. So I thought there might be some exaggeration about how good this Felicia Organic buckwheat pasta really was. But the reviews are spot on. This pasta is amazingly delicious and very similiar to whole wheat pasta.

My search for an alternative to wheat based spaghetti has been long and generally disappointing until finding this product. The flavor is appropriately light as a pasta should be, but the way this cooks to an al dente texture is the clincher for me. My wife and I stumbled onto this while vacationing in New Hampshire and immediately ordered upon our return home. The 8 oz. box may strike some as small, but I tend to make too much when cooking so it actually works well for me.

I just love, love this pasta. The fist time I tried it was through a natural products store right here in South Florida. I love the texture of this pasta when it is cooked, the fact that is gluten free but taste just like regular pasta. Unfortunately, the store not always carry it so I was glad that I found it online. I would buy again and again and I would recommend it if you are looking for a delicious gluten free pasta.

The noodles become dry after a few minutes of cooking.

Way to much money for such a small quantity. Tastes great though.

I was very surprised to find this buckwheat spaghetti tasted so good. I expected it to be similar to whole wheat pasta, which has a nutty, sometimes overpowering, flavor. I love this!! I have it on my wish list and will order it again when I am close to being out. It is healthy and not overpowering in flavor.

The taste and texture are excellent. We use it a lot because it gives us a tasty alternative to standard pastas.And if you are allergic to wheat this is a lot better than most gluten free options made of things like rice or corn.
