Take your daily vitamins -
Tried this formula for a while, then realized it has a little more "niasin" than I can use. - Got hot flashes! - -So, now I switched to another multi-vitamin with less niasin - though not yet started it. It's - "Womens Daily Vitamin - 50 +" - Vegan - 60 day supply - a red, yellow and green container.

These are great 1 a day Multi vitamins!
My husband and I have been taking these 1 a day multi vitamins for over a year. They have great ingredients with no stomach issues and you can't beat the price on Amazon.

A great methylated multivitamin for those of us who can’t handle regular vitamins
This multivitamin is great for moderate metabolizers. I don’t know about if you can’t break down vitamin B’s. If you can’t, this is a good product. It’s a methylated multivitamin.

I've tried a lot of vitamins over the years and these seem to be the best for my body. I have been taking them for a few months now and can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel.

Too much B12 4,000x daily requirement
Maybe too much B 12 - 4,000x the daily amount is a lot . My blood work came back with my B12 literally off the charts.
