Quite and easy to clean

The fountain didn’t work, we returned it for refund and we’re going to buy another nearly three weeks later nothing. No refund and no response the item has moved on our page very very disappointed first return ever

It does the job my cat hasn't used it yet but I'll give it more time. Was curious tho where exactly I buy more filters 🤔

Product seems alright but cat still has zero interest in it after a week. Yes pump is quiet but finding water flow noisier than anticipated. Bought offer of additional filters - came separately and they’re not the correct ones for this fountain, obviously not impressed

I loved the look of this water fountain but after we received it (back in November) we quickly realised that unless you put the lid on in a certain way, the water runs straight down the cable 'tunnel' onto your floor. You can't put too much water in due to this but if you don't out enough in, it sounds like a mini niagra falls. Recently it has started leaking (despite not being able to work out how/where) and has now water damaged my bathroom floor cabinet! I've also found on occasion that the water is quite warm (due to the pump maybe?) even though I put fresh in every other day.

My cat loves this. She still goes to the taps in the kitchen it's a case of getting her use to it.

Does not have enough power to use the spouts ☹️ However my cat is using it and is very quiet, light is a nice blue colour
