A friend put me onto this a few years ago. It's wonderful! Whatever is wrong with you, take some. It makes most indispositions go away quickly. I love it and use it often.You'll liike it too. It's organic, a bonus.

next best thing to which hazel but doesnt stimulate blood flow, seems to work differently believed to work synergistically with wichhazel due to different spectrum healing effects.

Too sweet and gave me intense headaches
I don't know how selfheal is supposed to work, but it gave me the most intense headaches. It didn't matter if I tried 10 drops or only 3. I don't know why some people say it's bitter. It tasted like pure sugar water to me as it was sickly sweet.
