This has been an effective product. During my routine health visits my blood test show my levels are within the required levels. My one complaint is that this is a big pill and can at times require some additional effort to get it down. That effort is insuring I drink enough water.

Perfect addition to my vitamin regimen

This is a great vitamin C.Sometimes vitamin C can hurt your stomach but not this one. If you have a sensitive stomach This product might be good for you. I like that one pill is 1000 mg of vitamin C. But it’s a little bit on the medium size so if it’s hard for you to swallow pills this one is a little bigger. I really like this product and I trust the company. My chiropractor introduced me to it.
