Not what you think it’s like
I am sure if I had pretty bad back pain, having this to stretch every once and a while wouldn’t be to bad. It’s currently taking up space in the garage because it’s not the whole “cracking your back” what I expected it to be.

sooo it works but you have to lay your feet flat on the floor and you have to position it on the right spot

It may work for you but not me
i used it at its max height & it didn’t work for me i have back pain everyday, i can pop my own back by myself & that works better than using this… it might work for you but not for me. it just sits in my closet collecting dust…
