I have used these insoles a couple of times now. I suffer with cold feet possibly due to poor circulation, and these worked really well - actually I found them a little too warm on one occaision where I noticed that after walking in the frost for some time, when I stopped my feet got a little too warm. All the time I was moving they were fine. They work straight away as soon as you take them out of the packet and really do last for hours. I will be testing them in a new way this weekend when I play golf in near freezing conditions and then go to a football match in the afternoon. I fully expect them to work throughout but will provide an update if there is anything noteworthy.

I got these to try and solve an issue with cold feet when cycling. I'm usually out for 2-4 hours and depending on the weather, either do or don't wear insulated cycling boots.For temperatures between 0 and say 7 degrees i have tried these to absolutely brilliant effect.Each pair comes in it's own wrapper and activates upon opening. I insert them for 5-10 minutes before wearing and the cycling shoes are nice and toasty when i put them on. The coldness i always get in my feet when cycling in temperatures such as this is non-existent when i wear these. My feet remain toasty and warm and equally as importantly, i no longer have to double up my socks - something which always contributes eventually to uncomfortable feet and footwear feeling too tight.A very worthwhile purchase. I will stock up on these for winter cycling and may also take a few packs to work.I'm a size 10 and these were a perfect fit.

The instructions that come with these are very poor - not sure if they go underneath the insoles, above them or replace them. Have size 13 feet so went for the biggest size. Used a couple of days down to 1 or 2 degrees C when I was outside all day. Did stop my feet feeling like they were freezing and lasted all day. Slight but if warmth from then rather than feeling your feet were on radiators. Will play about with positioning. No issues yet but expensive when you consider these are one use only....

These are pretty amazing and keep your whole foot hot for at least 8 hrs if not a bit longer. They are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for

I tried these non-adhesive warmth insoles, and while they are just as effective in terms of heat, I recommend the adhesive ones (SAME BRAND) especially for children or teenagers using them in sports shoes.- Effective Heating: The warmth is excellent, just like the adhesive version, and they keep feet toasty even in cold weather.- Fit: I purchased size S (3-5) for my son, who wears size 5.5 shoes, and they fit perfectly. I was initially worried about going larger, but this size worked well.- Challenges with Placement: Since these insoles are non-adhesive, they tend to shift while putting on or taking off snug football boots. My son found it tricky compared to the adhesive version, which stays in place effortlessly.If adhesive isn’t a concern, these are a good option for warmth. However, for sports or active use, I’d recommend the adhesive insoles for convenience and ease of use. Both are excellent for keeping feet warm!

Use them for golf in winter for the first time last week. Fitted shoes well and comfortable. Kept feet from getting cold. Not hot like hand warmers. Gave a pair to one of my golfing buddies too and he has now bought 5 pairs. Worked for a good 4 hours. May have worked for longer but that was all I needed. Recommended for winter golf.

I wear these in my Converse when I go to football games. They definitely help keep my feet warm, but when I walk a lot, they tend to slide and can even slide out the back of the shoe a bit, making it really uncomfortable. They also feel like the chemicals or whatever in them get a bit hard and feel like they poke through when walking a lot, so it feels like stepping on a tiny stick or something sharp. This might not happen if they stayed in place better with adhesive or maybe wouldn't happen in other types of shoes.

Great ! I suffer with cold feet during the winter months and these were a game changer! Just open the packet leave to warm for a couple of minutes then pop into shoes!! They kept warm for a good few hours. Fit perfectly into my shoes with no cutting needed or anything like that.
