The first unit I received simply would not power ON. I returned it & the 2nd unit powered ON, but the remote control was faulty - sometimes it would work, other times it would not work. So I returned that 2nd unit for a full refund. Sorry to have to say this, but from my experience, the quality is not there.In addition, there are three buttons on the remote control that are not marked & there is no information available as to what they are or how they operate. This manufacturer does not have a website you can go to to get information or ask a question in a forum. They expect all customers to go to Facebook. I do not use Facebook and will not use Facebook due to the security problems & concerns, so that means I was SOL.I really wanted to like this product as the size is fantastic & the included array of different color tiles for the turntable top was good. But unfortunately, the quality is simply not there.UPDATE 23 March 2023: After some excellent communications with the manufacturer, I decided to give this turntable another chance and I am glad I did. First, in response to my statements initially (above) the manufacturer explained that they are shipping the product with some additional padding to help reduce damage in transit. They also explained that the three unmarked buttons on the remote are currently there for internal use (testing) only, and they indicated that they will be putting cards in the packages explaining this.When opening the package, you get the turntable of course, plus AC adapter, remote controller and 2 batteries. In addition, you get 5 turntable pads of different colors, including a glossy black (the turntable itself is a matte black), white, beige, blue and gray.You can set the rotation to be a constant speed or one of 8 intermittent turns of X degrees per move. In this intermittent mode, for example, you can have the turntable move 1/64th of a turn, stop, then advance another 1/64th of a turn, etc. You can elect to have the turntable turn clockwise or counterclockwise. as well as set the speed.The 13.75" width is good for larger items. Using an included 5v power supply rather than having to rely on power from a USB connection to a computer as many turntables have, is a nice touch. There is no option for using AA or AAA batteries as there is on many smaller turntables, but with this size, this model is not meant to be portable. In total, this is a good turntable with a LOT of features that should cover just about any project you have, from 3D scanning to photography and videos, and window displays.

Even after charging all night for a party, when trying to turn on with remote, it did not work. Turntable will only turn plugged in and manually switching the on/off switch.

This turntable arrived in a well-packaged, sturdy box. It was easy to set up and understand. The turntable rotated evenly, and was very responsive to the remote control, even at a distance. I have had this in my cart for awhile, and glad I finally ordered it.

Good company to work with! The turntable works fine, however 3 months after I got it the remote failed. On a whim, I decided to see if the company could help. They are in East Asia somewhere so the correspondence was understandably slow, but after a few days of back and forth and some troubleshooting, they decided they would send me a new remote to see if that fixed the issue. Well...they sent me 2 remotes :) both work!
