I was having problems with my knee that was only getting worse , I thought I would end up having to get cortisone shots in my knee . I am high on blood serum calcium, which tells me that my bones are not absorbing it. I researched all the different formulations of calcium supplements, and this seems to be most easily absorbed. I have only been taking it a few days; I have confidence in it, but we'll see....

I read about the best absorbing type of calcium and this product contains it as well as the magnesium to help it work.

It's hard to say anything about supplements but these seem to work fine
