Direct Fit
I'm not normally a Dorman fan; however, these shackles were well built and relatively easy to replace after the factory original shackles each came apart while off-roading. Installation was straight forward. YouTube has several good videos. Old damaged shackles and new shackles installed prior to final torque.

If you have an 04-08 Titan, replace the shackles with these.
If you have an 04-08 Nissan Titan with the original shackles, replace them with these. The original design will fail. These are much better. These are a simple install, cut the original bolts if needed as these come with new hardware. Removing the storage compartment if you have one is the hardest part.

Better than oem
If your factory ones haven't gone through the truck bed yet, just wait, they will. Get under there and look at them before the metal fails and unrolls. It's a violent experience and my wreck your truck. These are an awesome upgrade to safety.
