It’s a manic condiment!
I first tasted this sauce in Itsu, and found some on Amazon. Use it as a condiment or add to stir fries or even soups for a hot umami kick. I just wish it was cheaper, as I’ll get through this bottle quickly.

This is great, i bought it as an alternative to the paste which i usually buy. Iv found this a lot easier to use as theres no faffing about with a spoon, i just squeeze in as much as i want.
