This is a great hat and beautiful pin. HOW DO I GET THE PIN THROUGH THE HAT MATERIAL? That's the only question I had. The hat is really well-made and the posts on the back of the pin are soft metal so they bend when you try and shove them through. I had to get a knife with a really thin tip (an awl punch would have been perfect) and stick that through and then push the posts together and slide them through that hole. Then spread them apart behind the front flap. Piece of cake once I quit trying to poke the posts through and just used the shrimp knife. Anyway, it looks just like the picture and the flaps will fold down to cover your ears, too. Couldn't be happier.

The hat is very well made and exactly as described. I ordered a size too large for me. I'm keeping it because I like it very much. With the side flaps pulled down and tied it will be perfectly fine. I ordered another from the same seller one size smaller as a back up. These hats are perfect for cold weather.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband, who is of Eastern European ancestry. While this hat isn't real fur, it looks classy and is VERY warm. So far he hasn't even needed to pull all the flaps down, just wearing it with them folded up has been nice and warm, and adds protection from the rain.

Warm as toast. Wore it all winter. Had a great laugh when people saw the Russian Seal on the front! I'm not Russian, but was my way of commenting on the whole US vs. Russia neocon babble, all the while staying warm as toast.Great hat. Well made. Couldn't afford a real sable one.

Good hat. Warm. Only thing that bothers me is that the strings on the ends of the flaps started coming undone as soon as I got it.
