Linerz Hard Shell Hat Insert is our toughest liner to date: A 1/8" foam insert paired with a hard shell layer to help prevent against minor bumps, bruises, cuts and abrasions. With our thicker Linerz versions you may want to go up a hat size to accomodate room for the insert. For a thinner insert try our 1/8" Linerz Hat Insert. We also have a 1/4" Linerz version that is our thickest foam insert. Linerz offer comfort and ventilation to keep your head cool and maximum versatility to provide light protection against minor bumps and bruises. It also helps to make a hat that is too big fit more snug. Great for cancer patients who have lost their hair. Also acts as a hat display / stabilizer. Linerz are durable and last a long time. The protective liner is removable and cleans easily with a little soap and water, let air dry. Linerz are NOT designed for use in ANSI hard hat designated areas or for any location or movement where serious injury to the head may occur. Linerz can be trimmed down to custom fit a children's sized hat as well. Hat not included.
