This is the best cookware I’ve ever used. I’ve had tfal, copper chef, stainless, and cast iron, but these pans blow them all out of the water.So far nothing and I mean nothing sticks. I’ve cooked bacon, eggs, gravy, fried potatoes and onions, pasta, and biscuits… It all comes off with a simple wipe. Truly amazing. Just a drop of oil and a paper towel to season before each use.They heat up so fast and on low settings. I have to cook most things such as bacon or eggs on a setting of 2 on my oven top. That is 2 out of 8.The only thing that is “bad” is they are hand wash only. Also, the bottom of one pan had the coating chip off a bit already. Other than that I’ve not found anything I can complain about. Well worth the money!

Perfect set so easy to use very lightweight for elder handling of full pots.

They're great frying pans but they are fairly small. They are non-stick and work well frying evenly but was a bit surprised by how small they were. I didn't understand why you would want a heat resistant frying pan so I didn't rate that.

I've heard non stick all my life and it's all been a gimmick. These pans though have proven that wrong.Heat distribution is amazing, they look wonderful and cleaning is out of this world, I could just wipe them out with a paper towel ( I don't obviously ).Everything I have cooked in these just slides right out and even when I don't get right to cleaning the pan, lots of on call hours, they clean up with ease and I don't have to scrub them like crazy to get them clean.I've give them 10 stars if that was available
