Seat came with missing anti slip nut for handle. Whoever checks this before sending out couldve made sure pieces were ready to ship now I have to see if I can find the one piece to hold handle together.Update: They reached out to me and we're able to resolve this quickly replaced missing parts and also compensated me for the troubles.

We have this attachement for our boys evercross hoverboard and they love it. It attached well and runs well on our blacktop and stone driveway. It will run in the grass but if you try taking it up the hill the wheels have a harder time. Seems to be a good quality and durable. I would buy this again.

We bought this for our 7 year old daughters birthday. I was little nervous how well she would be able to maneuver it but I wanted to get her something that would grow with her. The hooverboard we got is a very strong one but she is a pro within a day. I wrapped it in vinyl with her favorite colors. Depending on your hooverboard will depend on the sensitivity of the handles. If your getting one I highly recommend the 8.5 wheels or all terrain hooverboard. She has no issues going on the grass with this.

I received this item and upon putting it together realized there were a few pieces missing. I contacted their customer service department and they reached back out to me quickly. They are fixing the issue by sending another item! The product so far looks sturdy and we can't wait to use it. I'll update the review upon receiving and putting it together!

The media could not be loaded. The scooter attachment was super easy to set up and attached to the hoverboard. I would recommend using your own tools to put it together to make it a little quicker, but the tools included in the box work well also. It was a huge hit for my kids. They really liked that it is super easy to put on and take off due to the Velcro straps that hook onto the actual hoverboard and each side. The scooter has a heavy duty wheel on the front, so it doesn’t get stuck on small debris. The shocks that are build in make it a nice ride and it doesn’t bounce you all over the place. The handles have very nice grips on them, which made them comfortable while cruising around. In the box with the scooter is a flag that attaches to the back so it makes it easy to see when someone is riding using the attachment since you are sitting on the ground. Great product for the price you pay. I don’t believe we will have to replace this attachment any time soon since it also has adjustable leg lengths.

Ordered this item and it appears that it was a reboxed item when I was expecting a new in box item. Nuts and bolts was not packaged at all and just loose in the box.Missing some screws, nuts and straps.

Grandkids were very excited about these K2 hoover board accessories. One came with the hardware scattered throughout the box with a pme missing. Reached out to the seller and they were great. Sending new hardware! Meantime, they're sharing the one. Thank you! Good customer service.
