The media could not be loaded. Great product. Used as a natural food dye. Can be vibrant depending what you use it for and how much you use. No smell but does have a slight sweetness. Is not Organic. Texture is soft smooth and mixes easily.

Flavor is subtle but adds a really great color with just a bit for a dye free pink ❤️❤️

I really wanted to love this powder. I bought it to make my daughter’s cake pink. The gluten free ones came out pink, but the normal cake did not. The batter was lovely, but the color baked out into a weird brown color. It DOES however work with pancakes! At least my daughter was excited for that. I also used this to make pink frosting and it came out nicely. Pale bubblegum pink! It also gave the pancakes a slight, pleasing fruity taste. I don’t know why people were complaining about the clumps.. I hand-whisked it briskly, and used a blender for the frosting.. no clumps. Dissolved perfectly. Maybe they weren’t putting enough muscle behind it. Yes I would buy this again.

I love this !! I use it in my sourdough bread for color !! No food dyes in my house ! Crunchy granola auntie if you will lol!! It’s very fine so it mixes well & the color is potent!I have used it in homemade buttercream frosting as well! I just love the vibrancy !!

What I appreciate the most is the absence of strange odors and aftertastes. And the color - it depends how much you add, but you can go from pink to cerise magenta with this powder. Again, quantity of the powder does not alter the taste of your food.

This dragonfruit powder was really hard to mix and slimy in the bottom of my drink. It also had no taste whatsoever. Would not buy again, unfortunately I cannot return it do to the 29 day return period.*Update: The seller kindly offered a full refund for this purchase, even though it was outside the 30 day window.

Very hard to mix. I tried adding it first and adding it after the lemonade and it clumps.
